The following is our official PC Professional Group, Inc. Rate program.  Please review each section as it pertains to you or your business.  All questions welcomed via our Feedback form or Contact us directly.

• Residential-Personal Computers 
  Service rates are typically $85 per hour as of 1/1/06.  We offer 30 minute interval rates at the rate of $37.50 per half hour after the first hour (minimum service 1 hour). 

• Small to Medium Sized Businesses / Home Businesses  
  Rates will depend on the type of service, scope of work and the level of expertise required.  Most services are $100 per hour.  Rates can range up to $150 per hour for sub contractor work.  Free quotes are provided prior to any services being performed.  Please see our Inquiry page to submit questions regarding the type of service needed.  You may Contact us directly or visit our Services section for additional information.

• Consulting
  On site consulting rates are $100 per hour for the first hour and $50 per half hour thereafter.  

• Night/Weekend Appointments Available
  We are available to perform on site visits during the Evening or Weekends.  Weekend and Evening (after 6pm) are quoted on a per job basis.  Please contact us for a quote.

• A $20 trip charge is waived if:
  1)You are part of our monthly service plan (inquire).
  2)An authorized agent has agreed to waive this fee.

• Free Phone Support
  PCPG does not provide free tech support.  Please see our service agreement.   All support questions regarding any software or hardware should be directed through the manufacturer.
